  1. All Document must present when pass immigration

    • Vaccination documents

    • SG Arrival Card - Must submit before 3 days before departure time.

    * For passenger who have recently recovered from COVID-19 can use the Vaccinated-Recovered Portal to submit their proof of recovery prior to departure to be exempted from all testing requirements.

  • All Document must present when pass immigration

    1. 2 days before departure must undergo an RT-PCR test or professional Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or self-administered ART

      • supervised by an approved ART provider in Singapore [for Singapore citizens, PRs and Long-Term Pass Holders (including In-Principle Approval holders) only] within 2 days before departure

      • Not required if the traveller was tested positive for COVID-19 between 14 to 90 days prior to departure

    2. Purchase COVID-19 travel insurance (for short-term foreign visitors) [insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses with minimum coverage of USD 30,000]

Update for Thai Lion Air passengers traveling to India!

For International passengers travelling from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Thailand to India to undergo mandatory RT-PCR tests before departure and upload report on Air Suvidha portal* from 1st January 2023.

This is in addition to random 2% tests of all International Passengers on their arrival to India.

Submission of self-declaration form is mandatory before departure. The registration details must be kept in paper or electronic form and presented upon arrival in India.

  1. Fully vaccinated passengers must present a vaccine certificate that complies with Indonesia’s requirement and allow enter Indonesia without RT-PCR/ATK test result.

  2. Fully vaccinated passengers are not required to quarantine upon arrival in Indonesia.

  1. Before Departure (Ref : https://mysafetravel.gov.my/)

    1. Use application : MySejahtera and complete the health declaration at least one day before departure.

    2. Fill-up the digital pre-departure form via the ‘Traveller’ icon on MySejahtera

    3. Verify your digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate (for travellers with vaccine certificates issued overseas)

    4. A negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 2 days before departure [In case of fully vaccinated travellers]

    5. Purchase COVID-19 travel insurance (for short-term foreign visitors) [insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses with minimum coverage of USD 50,000]

  2. When Arrival

    1. check temperature at Arrival hall (immigration check point)

    2. Professional rapid antigen test (RTK-Ag) within 24 hours of arrival

      • No need to quarantine for fully vaccinated travellers or Recoverd case (Must have Medical Certificate) not more than 60 days.

      • 5 days quarantine for partially vaccinated or unvaccinated travellers

  3. For child - 6 years below, do not need to be tested for COVID-19 before entering Malaysia and does not require any quarantine.
