Travel Voucher can be used for booking with specific value on voucher both of Domestic routes and International routes.
Travel Voucher can make reservation at Thai Lion Air’ s ticket sales counter at the Airport only.
Travel Voucher can be used for traveling based on date of issue. After expired, the voucher will no longer be valid.
A passenger who has received a Travel voucher may transfer the right to use the voucher to another person. However, a copy of the recipient’s national ID card or passport must be presented as proof when issuing the ticket at Thai Lion Air’s ticket sales counter.
Travel Voucher cannot use with add-on services (Baggage, Meal, and Seat Selection)
Travel Voucher can be used for Domestic routes with a value not exceeding 1,500 THB and for International routes with a value not exceeding 4,500 THB
Once a booking has been confirmed and ticket issued, any change in route, and passenger name are not allowed.
Travel Voucher is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Thai Lion Air reserves right to reject issue the ticket if Travel voucher was torn, edited, and damaged.
Thai Lion Air reserves right to change terms and conditions fees without prior notice.
