Thai Lion Air becomes IOSA Registered.

Thai Lion Air has been added to the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Registry. The Airline has successfully completed the operational Safety Audit and has entered into the IOSA Registry. The IOSA audit is designed to assess operational management and control systems of an airline, using over 900 internationally harmonized standards and recommended practices, where 8 disciplines are audited in a consistent manner.

The IOSA program provides benefits such as the elimination of audit redundancy, reducing costs and audit resource requirements.

CEO of Thai Lion Air, Mr. Aswin Yangkirativorn said, “Thai Lion Air is so proud that we attained the IOSA Registration. Since we are new to the Thai LCC industry, we are happy to achieve the IOSA Registration within an ambitious timeframe. The registration period is 24 months”.

Thai Lion Air will continue to grow more

Thai Lion Air founded in 2013. There are 9 Domestic flights and 1 International flight. Thai Lion Air also operates all new aircrafts, with 13 aircrafts of Boeing 737-900 ER and also with 4 aircrafts of Boeing 737- 800. For this September, Thai Lion Air has one more flight from Don Mueang to Singapore and Thai Lion Air planning to have Nakhon Si Thammarat flight in next month. Moreover, Thai Lion Air is planning to grow more and more destinations both in domestic and international.
