Any ticket to/from Japan (Narita, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka) and Singapore, issued before/on 20 February 2020 with traveling date between 20 February 2020 – 31 March 2020 are given the following options:
Rebooking:
- One (1) change allowed
- Change fee and fare difference will be waived
- For passenger who has connecting flight to/from Japan (Narita, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka) and Singapore must have same booking code
- Subject to seat availability
- Travel Validity date until 31 May 2020
