Thai Lion Air extends the measures to assist passengers from the new wave of COVID-19 outbreak. Passengers who have flight until 31 August 2021 can manage as follows:

  1. One time change on traveling date without charge/fee**
    **Not applicable for high traveling period between 23 – 29 July 2021, 12 – 15 August 2021, 24 – 26 September 2021, 12 – 14 October 2021, 21 – 26 October 2021, 3 – 7 December 2021, 9 – 13 December 2021 and 25 – 31 December 2021 passengers will be charged for the difference fares.
  2. Passengers can manage a Credit shell transaction and / or Manage Booking for the next traveling date by themselves through Thai Lion Air’s website: www.lionairthai.com

  1. For passengers who keep the Credit Shell within 31 May 2021 and 15 July 2021, the system will keep the Credit Shell automatically until 31 December 2021. For new traveling, passengers must issue the ticket at least 4 hours before the departure time at our ticket counter or Call center.
  2. Passengers cannot transfer to other routes.
  3. Terms and Conditions apply.
