Thai Lion Air announced additional measures to assist passengers affected by flooding situation in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province, from 22–30 November 2025. These measures apply to passengers traveling on the following routes:
-Don Mueang–Hat Yai, Hat Yai–Don Mueang
-Hat Yai–Udon Thani, and Udon Thani–Hat Yai
Passengers may receive travel-change benefits under the airline’s conditions as follows:
1. Retain Travel credit for 90 days from the original travel date.
2. One-time flight change without any fee within 90 days.
3. Route change to any Southern route between 22–30 November 2025 without any fee.
4. Passengers may contact the airline within 7 days from the original travel date (22–30 November 2025) to request 90-day credit retention or to make a flight change within the 90-day period.

Remarks:
-No shuttle service is provided in cases of route changes.
